How to return

  1. Email marshal@louislloyd.com with your order number.
  2. Send the item back unused, in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery.
  3. We refund the full order, including shipping costs for the return. Allow 7 business days.

Damaged on arrival

Email us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle these case by case and will work toward a fix you are happy with.

Custom pieces

For custom orders, email marshal@louislloyd.com and we will work out the return with you.
