Our Story
We’re Stephen and Gavin, two friends who love golf and figured we’d enjoy making a few things for the people who love it, too. We met in Atlanta when Gavin was starting at Georgia Tech and Stephen was playing golf at Georgia State. Years of friendship and plenty of golf later, Louis Lloyd came along.
The idea was pretty simple: make quality products we’d be excited to use ourselves, with classic style and a little personality. Gavin brings the business development and sourcing know-how, and Stephen brings the creative and marketing side. Picking out our next favorite product? That’s a team effort.
And the name? That’s a family thing. Louis is Stephen’s middle name and his grandfather’s middle name; Lloyd is Gavin’s middle name and his grandfather’s name. It felt right to build something together with a little of our families along for the ride. We’re glad you’re here, and we hope you find something you’ll enjoy taking out for a round.
